Now Hiring: Clinical Pharmacist
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a dedicated **Clinical Pharmacist** with a passion for direct patient care and a commitment to “outrageous customer service.” This role is perfect for someone who thrives in patient counseling, enjoys spending time on the phone with patients, and wants to make a meaningful impact on treatment outcomes.
**Location:** Onsite – Fort Worth, TX (must live within 1 hour of Fort Worth, TX)
**Pay Rate** : $58.00-$60.00/hour (based on experience & qualifications)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
• Conduct comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews to ensure treatment aligns with evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide direct patient counseling on drug therapies, side effects, administration, and adherence strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and home health teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Support patients and caregivers with subcutaneous teaching and coordinate additional nursing services if needed.
• Document patient interactions, therapy outcomes, and customized service needs for pharmacy fulfillment teams.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Verify prescriptions, oversee pharmacy technicians, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and board of pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education, CE requirements, and support professional development within your team.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Pharmacist in Texas (must be in good standing)
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
2–3 years of direct patient counseling experience (required)
3–5+ years of post-graduate experience in pharmacy operations, clinical oversight, and patient care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a high-touch, phone-based patient care role (7–8 hours daily)
BCOP certified (or willingness to become certified when eligible)

**Pay Details:** $60.00 per hour
