Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
+ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients regarding abandoned property accounts
+ Perform full verbal verification using LexisNexis
+ Leave detailed call notes and update all applicable systems
+ Manually send documents and instructions to clients as needed
+ Enter requests into the Service Request Portal
+ Conduct outreach to reunite clients with their assets
+ Respond to email inquiries and support Branch office personnel
+ Perform regular account maintenance and document review
+ Adhere to a strict phone support schedule
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Previous **Call Center/Contact Center** experience
+ Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+ Strong de-escalation and resolution skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
+ Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Flexibility to perform well in a changing environment
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
+ Financial services or brokerage experience
What’s in this Customer Service Representative position for you?
+ **Pay:** $ 18.51/hour
+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ **Assignment Length:** 12 months
+ **Location:** Hybrid in Pennington, NJ or Jacksonville, FL ( **Must list location on resume** )
+ **Training:** 100% on-site required; hybrid schedule begins after training (minimum 3 days/week on-site)
+ **Resume Requirement:** Must include response to: _“In past contact center role/jobs, on average how many calls were you taking per day?”_

**Pay Details:** $18.51 per hour
