• Lifecycle Marketing Intern - Summer

    As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience developing and managing communication strategies across different client lifecycle stages. You'll learn how to create communication journeys for prospects and existing clients across various channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build client segments. This internship offers valuable exposure to marketing strategies that build long-term client relationships while ensuring cohesive and compelling messaging.

    About the role

    + Learn about lifecycle marketing by attending meetings, huddles and trainings related to client communications

    + Assist in designing promotional communication journeys via email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail

    + Help build and refine client segments for targeted promotional communication

    + Support the analysis of audience insights to tailor communication strategies

    + Assist in developing testing roadmaps and analyzing performance metrics

    + Collaborate with creative teams to develop cohesive and compelling messaging

    + Share creative ideas that will help improve our marketing strategies

     

    About you

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field

    + Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    + Ability to communicate effectively

    + Self-directed approach to work

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Interest in customer relationship management (CRM)

    + Familiarity with marketing analytics

    + Experience with social media marketing

    + Interest in financial services industry
