    We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $15,000 to $5 million. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct the overall operations of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance with local and state codes.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage 3-5 projects concurrently, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards.

    + Plan, coordinate, and direct project operations.

    + Evaluate and strengthen project teams to maintain workforce consistency.

    + Foster strong relationships with customers and contractors.

    + Maintain positive communication with customers and field teams.

    + Uphold Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the construction team.

    + Maintain contract documents including submittal logs, RFIs, and Change Order requests.

    + Ensure installations meet contractual intent and project budgets.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-3 years of experience in project management and construction management.

    + Proficiency in mechanical construction.

    + Experience with commercial construction projects.

    + Familiarity with project management software, including Procore.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in HVAC or piping construction is advantageous.

    Work Environment

    The role is primarily office-based with weekly project site visits and site meetings. You will be part of a team that includes 3 Project Managers, 3 Estimators, and 2 Superintendents, with 40-50 field personnel.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.00/hr.
