Job Title: Senior Software EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, practical curiosity, and a passion for problem solving. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex systems and technologies, from design and integration to testing and validation, while contributing to innovative solutions in a dynamic engineering environment.

Responsibilities

+ Design and integrate complex systems and technologies.

+ Conduct testing and validation of engineering solutions.

+ Apply root-cause problem-solving methodologies.

+ Integrate electro-mechanical systems.

+ Perform product testing in test labs or hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.

+ Create engineering documentation with strong technical writing skills.

+ Utilize data acquisition tools and post-processing techniques.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or Software Engineering.

+ Demonstrated hands-on curiosity and problem-solving approach.

+ Experience in electro-mechanical system integration.

+ Familiarity with product testing, test labs, or hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.

+ Proficiency in technical writing and engineering documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with military combat systems.

+ Knowledge of video signal design and transmission systems.

Work Environment

The position requires full-time, onsite presence with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site per week. The work involves NPD project-based tasks in a defense industry setting, emphasizing hands-on engagement with technology and engineering challenges.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
