Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-TIme Payroll Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This part-time role requires flexibility throughout the week, with mandatory availability on Wednesdays to support payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting systems and payroll software, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and other payroll systems.

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and auditing standards.

• Manage accounts payable and perform accurate calculations for employee benefits.

• Utilize accounting software to maintain organized financial records.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.

• Verify timesheets and attendance records for accuracy in payroll processing.

• Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.

• Assist with benefit administration and related payroll tasks.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data integrity.

Requirements • Proven experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce.

• Familiarity with accounting functions and auditing practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and benefit functions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle accounts payable and related financial tasks.

• Excellent communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries.

• Availability to work Wednesdays and flexibility for other days as needed.
