Position Summary

+ The Nurse Educator will support the training and compliance monitoring of the DSNP/MMP Management team. They are responsible for conducting audits of current processes, reports, and procedures to identify process improvements and issue resolutions.
+ Develops and conducts ongoing staff training based on workflow needs and outcomes of clinical audits.
+ Develops and implements comprehensive training program for department new hires.
+ Implements training programs to increase role specific consistencies and efficiencies related to process workflows.
+ Measures outcomes of clinical staff training and identifies key findings to ensure effective alignment of training content and method of delivery with business objectives and staff performance requirements.
+ Provides ongoing and random qualitative and quantitative analysis using organizational performance measurements to ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policy.
+ Assists with onboarding and training of new hired staff
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in a managed care clinical operation environment (utilization management, case management, and/or behavioral health case management) required.
+ Unrestricted RN licensure required
+ 1+ year of DSNP/ MMP experience required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous Managed Care experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Confidence working at home/independent thinker, using tools to collaborate and connect with teams virtually
+ Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
Education
+ Associates degree required; BSN preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,575.00 - $142,576.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
