Job Title: Epoxy Coating Installer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team specializing in residential and commercial expoxy projects. The role involves working on both new constructions and existing buildings.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare concrete surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing as necessary.
+ Mix and apply epoxy coatings and other concrete treatments according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
+ Ensure a smooth, even application and proper curing of concrete coatings.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
+ Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
+ Concrete polishing, epoxy / urethane flooring
+ All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
+ Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
+ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
+ Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
