    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

    + Perform advanced reconciliations of complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

    + Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

    + Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and assist with audits, both internal and external.

    + Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

    + Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff; act as a resource for accounting-related questions.

    + Assist with special projects, such as system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and financial reporting automation.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).

    + 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with recent exposure to senior-level responsibilities.

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP and a deep understanding of the accounting cycle.

    + Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks), and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

    + Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.

    + Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with leadership.
