Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay/Shift

28-32/hr

Weekend Shift - 5am-5pm - Friday-Sunday.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a dynamic plant environment, addressing a variety of machine issues daily. Your role involves solving new challenges each day, from electrical to mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of machines including presses, rollers, and conduct pipe repairs.

+ Address electrical problems such as control voltage, 480 volts, and troubleshoot PLC systems.

+ Handle mechanical issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and overhead cranes.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance as needed.

+ Interpret blueprints and perform welding tasks.

+ Work with 3 phase motors and wire them accordingly.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems.

+ Ability to wire 3 phase motors and work with up to 480 volts.

+ Experience with hydraulics for at least 3 years.

+ Knowledge of AC and DC Electrical systems.

+ Experience in facilities maintenance and interpreting schematics.

+ Ability to work with pneumatics and control/low voltage systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in facilities maintenance for at least 1 year.

+ Familiarity with mechanical systems for at least 1 year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
