    Robert Half Technology (Lake Mary, FL)


    Description

    Preferred:

    + Experience with Office 365 tenant migrations.

    + Troubleshooting experience with Fortinet products

    + Previous support of executive-level staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide hands-on desktop and application support for local Florida office users and remote employees in other regions.

    + Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support on issues involving accounts, networking, and systems troubleshooting.

    + Support, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

    + Assist with Active Directory user management, permissions, and group policies.

    + Troubleshoot and configure Fortinet products, including FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitches, and FortiWAPs.

    + Perform basic networking tasks: VLANs, firewall policies, opening ports, connectivity troubleshooting, and minor cabling issues.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of desktop or IT support experience (Level 2 or equivalent).

    + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

    + Hands-on experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiWAP); understanding of VLANs, firewall rules, and policies.

    + Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, cabling).
