Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide essential support to construction projects, ensuring that schedules and timelines are effectively managed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects in the entertainment and recreation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

• Support the development and maintenance of master project schedules for construction initiatives.

• Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and potential delays.

• Perform scanning and document management tasks to maintain organized and accessible project records.

• Collaborate with project managers to track resources and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Facilitate communication between team members to resolve scheduling conflicts or other project-related issues.

• Prepare and distribute status reports to keep all parties informed of project developments.

• Assist in managing project workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in managing project schedules and timelines, preferably in construction or related industries.

• Familiarity with master scheduling practices and tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in document scanning and electronic file management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Solid understanding of project management principles.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
