Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
This position is in a manufacturing facility that produces products for customers throughout the United States. The role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing raw materials in their proper locations.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, unload, and store raw materials.
+ Inspect and relocate materials upon receipt.
+ Pull materials and deliver them to production personnel as appropriate.
+ Relocate finished goods to warehouse racks.
+ Pick, stage, and inspect outbound loads and load trailers.
+ Perform raw material returns as needed.
+ Inspect incoming trailers to ensure trailer integrity and temperature meet requirements.
+ Clean and sanitize the work area.
+ Document all transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
Essential Skills
+ Must have 1+ years of stand-up forklift with reach experience.
+ Job tenure of over a year at each job.
+ Strong emphasis on safety and manufacturing best practices.
+ Experience with stand up reach, stand up forklift, and general labor tasks.
+ Proficiency in picking, loading, material handling, and inventory management.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving using RF scanners.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
