    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to handle key financial operations including 3-way matching, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. This role provides a chance to collaborate across teams and support organizational goals through accurate and efficient accounts payable practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices) to ensure payment accuracy.

    + Process vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payment schedules (checks, ACH, wire transfers).

    + Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

    + Support month-end and year-end close processes.

    + Suggest and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

    Qualifications

    + 2-4 years of accounts payable experience with knowledge of 3-way matching and reconciliations.

    + Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.

    + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
