This role ensures timely and quality installation of ductwork, ventilation systems, and other metal assemblies per project specifications. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction schedules and safety protocols.

Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues during and after installation

Keep detailed records including daily reports, work logs, and inventory usage

Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

Monitor equipment and material needs, placing orders to maintain project efficiency

Drive progress to meet critical milestones within budget constraints

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
