As a Warehouse Transportation Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you’ll oversee daily shuttle operations between our distribution center and our client’s manufacturing site. Your coordination ensures timely deliveries, smooth communication, and real-time problem solving that keeps supply chains moving. Your start time will be 6 AM, with flexibility required to meet evolving business needs. At Kuehne+Nagel, your work drives more than logistics—it powers everyday success.

How you create impact

+ Manage shuttle dispatch from KN distribution centers to the client’s manufacturing site.

+ Serve as the primary contact for daily transportation operations and customer escalations.

+ Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

+ Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and internal safety standards.

+ Maintain clear communication across clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

+ Oversee transport documentation from order initiation through billing.

+ Report daily on service levels, exceptions, and operational performance.

+ Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

+ Assist with training and onboarding of new dispatch staff as needed.

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in transportation management or logistics

+ 3+ years in transportation dispatch, scheduling, or logistics coordination

+ 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

+ Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards

+ Proficient in TMS platforms such as Swiftlog, or OTM

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Flexible to work holidays as needed
