    + Previous experience in a Ford dealership or independent shop

    + Technicians of all levels — entry to master

    + Ford Certifications (ACE, ASSET, FACT)

    + ASE Certifications (a plus, not required)

    + Strong work ethic and a passion for fixing things right the first time

    + A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
