    Job Title: Construction Payroll Analyst

    Responsibilities

    + Process and review Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for accuracy and timeliness.

    + Ensure payment of prevailing wages and fringe benefits in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Monitor and verify apprenticeship labor hour percentages.

    + Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with IRA labor mandates.

    + Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external agencies to resolve wage and classification discrepancies.

    + Stay current on updates to labor laws, wage determinations, and IRA compliance standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in union payroll processing.

    + Construction industry experience

    + LCP Tracker experience required

    + Strong knowledge of union, labor, and compliance requirements.

    + Proficiency in prevailing wage and payroll processing.

    + Skill in reconciliation and advanced Excel capabilities.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
