Associate Creative Director

3 month contract to hire

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead concept development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and visual identity projects.

• - Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional departments to align creative strategies with business goals.

• - Prioritize workload across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.

• - Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class creative work.

• - Oversee creative direction for photo and video shoots, experiential activations, and branded content.

• - Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

• - Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Deliverables

• - Creative campaign concepts and mood boards

• - Finalized assets for digital (web, email, social), print (brochures, signage), and environmental branding

• - Brand guidelines updates and documentation

• - Art direction for photoshoots and video production

• - Weekly progress reports and milestone reviews

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
