Our customer is seeking the assistance of a tenured and capable Business Analyst who has deep experience in the Business Continuity domain. This is a direct-hire/FTE opening, so only W2 candidates will be reviewed; no c2c or sub vendor candidates.

Description

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting BC Program initiatives. This role will work with Critical Business functions, IT, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery to ensure that the customer has up-to-date BC plans and Crisis Management Team (CMT) Plans. Responsible for developing and maintaining program level communication, training, reporting and metrics and will support the Manager II and the Senior Manager/Director in annual BC planning activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 5-8 years of Business Continuity experience or equivalent type experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated experience in Office 0365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

• Demonstrated Experience using SharePoint

• Demonstrated analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques

• Demonstrated experience in the development of solution programs /Projects

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and business units

• Emergency Communication Tools experience a plus

• DRII Certification a Plus

• Disaster Recovery/Crisis Management knowledge a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
