Are you passionate about customer service and obsessed with great footwear? Step into a role where you’ll be the voice of a leading footwear distributor—delivering premium support and building lasting relationships with customers across phone, chat, email, and social media.

• What You’ll Do:

+ Be the go-to expert for customers navigating orders, returns, warranties, and product questions

+ Help shoppers find their perfect fit—guiding them through website navigation and product info

+ Deliver top-tier service that turns first-time buyers into loyal fans

What You Bring:

+ At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center)

+ Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher

+ Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and ability to hardwire

+ 1–2 professional references from past managers or team leads

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week between 8am–7pm CT (Mon–Sun)

Start Date: October 31st (orientation + 3 weeks of paid training)

Contract Duration: Open-ended through peak season (expected through Jan 2026)

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
