Commercial Construction Superintendent – High-End Pool Projects

Salary: $50k+, Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM with an occasional weekend

Aqua Blue Pools is hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-end commercial pool projects. You'll oversee crews and subcontractors, manage daily schedules, ensure safety and quality standards, and serve as the on-site representative for clients and General Contractors.

We're looking for an experienced construction leader who communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams are essential.
