    Position Title: Lead Axiom Developer

    Position Location: PNC Tech Hub

    Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Most preferred - Pittsburgh PA - Two PNC Plaza 2. Remaining hubs - no particular order - Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center, Birmingham AL - Birmingham - Brock, North Texas Market TX - Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd, Phoenix - Biltmore

     

    Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

     

    Intended length of Assignment: 9/25/2026

     

    Reason for open position: Replacement

     

    Function of the Group: Mitigates risk

     

    Initiatives/Projects: Regulatory reporting Axiom lead resigned from PNC and this is a replacement request that is aligned with CFT crew strategy

     

    Industry background: Banking/financial background is required

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Come up with solutions of technical designing for Axiom requirements.

    + Resolve day to day report problems and be able to guide the other crew members in the development process.

    + Review the work of other crew members.

    + Deliver using change request and production.

    + Individual needs to be strongly proficient in specifically AXIOM SL, major must have skill.

    Must Have Technical Skills:

    + AXIOM SL

    + UNIX

    + SQL/PLSQL

    Education/Certifications:

    + Computer Science Degree or Bachelor's Degree Required

    + No Certs

    Screening Questions:

    Describe your experience of over 6+ years leading a team as an Axiom Developer.

     

    Describe your experience with Axiom SL.

    Interview Process:

    2 Rounds

     

    1st Round: 45 mins - 2-3 person panel - technical interview followed with a bit of behavioral

     

    2nd Round: 45 mins - 2-3 person panel - deeper technical to understand more, ending with more behavioral questions
