Description
Excentium, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business that provides Cyber Security Engineering, Information Assurance (IA), management, Certification and Accreditation (C&A), and other IT services to government and commercial organizations.
We have an opportunity for an ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT I to support one of our Federal customers in Philadelphia Pa.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
Acquisition Management staff provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.
Position Description:
+ Acquisition Planning & Strategy: Assist with developing acquisition schedules, project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
+ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify available products and services and gather data for procurement strategies.
+ Documentation: Draft and review various acquisition documents such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and contract modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Data Management: Maintain acquisition records, track deliverables, and compile data to support reporting and audits.
+ Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and government officials to facilitate communication and streamline the acquisition process.
+ Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable acquisition statutes, policies, and regulations.
+ Contract Support: Provide assistance with various aspects of contract administration, including monitoring performance and supporting contract close-out.
Education: Bachelor's level degree. From an accredited college or university
Qualifications:
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ One (1) year of professional experience
+ Proficient in data entry, record keeping, and managing documentation.
+ Ability to analyze data and contribute to risk assessments in the acquisition process.
