    This is a chance to make a direct impact on how customers, partners, and employees experience our company. You’ll shape strategy, lead creative campaigns, and work closely with leadership to elevate both our external brand and internal culture.

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

    Strategic Marketing & Branding

    + Design and execute a multi-year marketing strategy that reflects Tucker’s bold vision and values.

    + Build and protect our brand identity across digital, print, and in-person channels.

    + Lead and mentor interns and manage third-party vendors.

    Communications & Media

    + Create compelling press releases, manage media relationships, and showcase Tucker’s thought leadership through blogs, podcasts, and webinars.

    + Drive internal and external surveys to capture insights and elevate employee and customer engagement.

    Campaigns & Events

    + Own multi-channel campaigns that spark attention and deliver results.

    + Lead trade show, webinar, and event experiences from strategy to execution, ensuring Tucker stands out in every space.

    + Track KPIs and share insights with leadership to shape future strategy.

    Digital Marketing

    + Supercharge our digital presence through websites, SEO, Google Ads, and social media.

    + Produce eye-catching digital content—landing pages, graphics, videos—that engage audiences and drive growth.

    + Manage HubSpot workflows, reporting dashboards, customer portal and online inquiries to maximize impact ensuring all marketing efforts are targeted, efficient and effective in helping us to achieve our growth goals.

    Team Member Engagement

    + Partner with People & Culture to celebrate milestones, publish our internal newsletter, and support team-building initiatives.

    + Enhance onboarding with thoughtful brand touchpoints that help new team members feel at home from day one.

    External Engagement & Reputation

    + Strengthen Tucker’s voice in the industry by managing memberships, vendor relationships, and public image.

    + Travel to key trade shows and customer events to represent Tucker’s leadership and expertise.

    Collaboration & Special Projects

    + Support talent branding, rewards programs, and creative leadership initiatives.

    + Contribute to cross-functional projects and help Tucker continue to define excellence in supply chain thought leadership.

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years managing a marketing department and strategic plan.

    + 5+ years of experience across diverse marketing functions.

    + Expertise in digital marketing, websites, social, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus, but not required).

    + Excellent communication skills, with creativity and brand consistency top of mind.

    + Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience collaborating with senior leadership and sales/business development.

    + Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 – $140,000 per year. Final compensation offered by Tucker Company Worldwide, Inc. will be determined at the time of offer.

    + Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); PTO; paid holidays; company-paid life and disability insurance; EAP; educational assistance; and incentive plan.
