• Application Developer - Enterprise Platforms

    CTG (Reston, VA)


    CTG is seeking an Application Developer - Enterprise Platforms for our client in Reston, VA.

     

    **Duration:** 4 months

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and troubleshoot Documentum-based applications.

    + Implement and maintain REST APIs using Spring Framework.

    + Support platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments (AWS).

    + Develop software in Java and Python following best practices and design patterns.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile Scrum frameworks.

    + Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud services and deployments.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + 7+ years in Documentum (Content Server, D2, Brava, CTS, xPlore, DFC Client)

    + 2+ years REST API development with Spring Framework

    + 5+ years Java and Python programming

    + AWS experience: EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, SSM, SQS, SNS, Lambda, AWS SDK

    + Tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira, IntelliJ, Tomcat/J2EE, relational databases

    + Agile Scrum methodology and strong collaboration skills

    Education & Certifications:

    + Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

    + Preferred certifications: AWS, Documentum, Java

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
