Job Overview

We are seeking a Project/Office Administrator who thrives on supporting others, improving processes, and being a trusted partner to our teams. This is more than an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to be the connective thread between project managers, operational leaders, and departments across the business.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in helping people and projects succeed. You’ll play an integral role in making sure our operations run smoothly and our teams feel supported.
Responsibilities
+ Partner with project managers and operations leaders to support the full life cycle of client projects, from proposals and set-up to compliance and closeout.
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and interns, ensuring a welcoming and well-supported experience (IT, office setup, logistics).
+ Serve as the go-to resource for office needs - managing supplies, mail, shipping, and coordinating events such as lunch-and-learns.
+ Act as a liaison with internal teams including Marketing, HR, and Legal to support business priorities.
+ Contribute to special projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and teamwork across the office.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ An associate’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
+ Strong communication skills and an ability to adapt to shifting priorities with professionalism and ease.
+ High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach - open to feedback, with a focus on continuous growth.
+ Business acumen to balance multiple objectives and align your work to broader business strategies.
+ A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; you anticipate challenges and work creatively to address them.
+ Comfort with technology and tools that improve organization, scheduling, and efficiency.
+ Experience in the AEC industry or professional consulting is a plus, but not required.
