    Job Description

    We're hiring for a full-time, Director of Product Marketing, in Bellevue, WA to help define, position, and accelerate our client's product suite at scale. You will lead the company's go-to-market strategy, defining positioning, and driving cross-functional alignment.

     

    • Develop and direct the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, pricing, and positioning.

    • Plan and execute product and feature launches, ensuring alignment across teams.

    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to maintain product competitiveness.

    • Craft clear, compelling product messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences.

    • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and outcomes.

    • Develop sales enablement materials, messaging, and training to support the sales team.

    • Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    • Lead and oversee strategy and execution.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience synthesizing products/functions into a digestible format for sales teams.

     

    Experience creating easy to navigate sales collateral and documentation.

     

    Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that align with business objectives.

     

    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value.

     

    Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights.

     

    Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

     

    Market Expertise: Deep understanding of target personas, markets, and competitors.

     

    Project Management: Experience managing product launches and complex campaigns. Previous experience working for a SaaS, logistics, operations company such as Expeditors, OptimoRoute, Onfleet, Onro, Route4Me, Amazon Last Mile, etc.

     

    Experience with AI, dynamic routing, last mile technology, etc. as it pertains to logistics.

     

    Understanding of/experience with last mile terminology, i.e. LTL (less than truck loads), FTR (first time right), micro-fulfillment centers, route optimization, etc.
