Job Description

Insight Global is in search of 4 OSP Construction Managers that will be responsible for overseeing all phases of fiber optic and other telecommunication network installations outside of buildings. This includes managing budgets and timelines, supervising field crews and contractors, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

• A minimum 4-5 years of experience in telecommunications, outside plant construction, or a related field is required

• In-depth knowledge of outside plant construction standards, fiber optics, splicing, and testing

• Experience with aerial AND underground installation methods

• Familiarity with project management software, GIS platforms, and MS Office • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• PMP Certification

• OSHA 10 or 30

• CDL
