Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to run our new wellness clinic in beautiful Vero Beach, FL. This autonomous role operates under the supervision of a licensed physician and is ideal for a PA who thrives in a patient-centered, wellness-focused environment.
Responsibilities
• Independently manage patient care within the scope of hormone therapy, including consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Administer and oversee therapies including GLP-1 agonists, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), IV therapy, and peptide therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Skills and Requirements
- Understanding and management of HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)
- PA-C, actively license in the state of Florida
- 2+ years of professional experience operating as a Physician Assistant
- Understanding of at least one of the following: HRT, GLP-1s, IV therapy, or peptide therapy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
