    Looking to roll out Workfront for Project Management starting with their deposits team, setting up the Workfront project templates, facilitating training, rollouts, updates, enhancements, monitoring performance of projects with the intent of eventually proving out in this team and then rolling it out enterprise wide. This person is owning this project short term and then enterprise wide.

     

    Marketing managers will facilitate the day today within project management, but they need to know how to implement Workfront at an enterprise and understand processes within the company to implement, refine, rollout, train, coordinate across multiple teams.

     

    We’re looking for a process-driven, systems-oriented marketing leader to establish and manage the marketing operations infrastructure that supports executional excellence across our U.S. Deposits Marketing team. This role will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our campaign project management system, Workfront, and act as the central driver of operational clarity, team coordination, and project visibility. You’ll own the marketing project lifecycle from brief intake to delivery, ensuring work moves through the right channels, with the right documentation, and in the right time frame. You’ll collaborate across internal teams (Product, Compliance, Analytics, Legal, Creative) and external agencies to ensure our marketing operations run efficiently, transparently, and in full alignment with regulatory and brand standards. You operate well in a fast-paced environment where priorities and direction evolve frequently to ensure we’re providing the best products, services and offers possible to our customers.     Key Responsibilities Workfront Ownership & Optimization

    • Act as the system owner and primary administrator for Workfront across the U.S. P&BB Marketing Team

    • Build and maintain intake forms, project templates, workflows, and reporting dashboards

    • Train team members and agency partners on platform best practices and ensure adoption

    • Liaise with enterprise Workfront governance, IT, and vendor support teams for enhancements and troubleshooting

    • Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement in marketing workflows

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - SME in Workfront integrations from an operational and functional perspective

     

    - Demonstrated Project Management experience rolling out a SAS tool such as this.

     

    - Assure Workfront licenses are set up

     

    - Liaison for Workfront governance team, IT, and the marketing teams

     

    - Experience communicating with Workfront vendor support teams to implement enhancements.

     

    - Understand the capabilities of the tool from a Project Management perspective

     

    - Build reporting dashboards within Workfront (not just understand project flow, but dashboarding for Project tracking)

     

    - Regulated environment (banking, healthcare, insurance)

     

    - Comfortable doing trainings on Workfront integration

     

    - Local to Chicago, happy to come on site 3 days per week - Experience working with Marketing teams
