    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a high volume food manufacturing company. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in both process and equipment to lead diverse teams—including technical and non-technical staff, contractors, and operations personnel—while driving safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage labor relations, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

     

    The ideal candidate has a strong background in maintenance leadership, a proven track record of improving equipment performance, and experience managing unionized teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is passionate about building team capabilities and optimizing processes.

    Skills and Requirements

    *Minimum 3 years of experience supervising engineers, maintenance technicians, and electricians.

    Experience working with and managing union employees

    *Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

    *Associates Degree *Bachelors degree in Engineering

    *Background in the food industry
