    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking to hire DevOps Engineer with a concentration in AI powered tooling or design systems experience. Candidates will be aligned to a AI team focused to deliver 8 AI tools that will help drive efficiencies within the internal design system team. This person will be good at debugging issues, pushes to solution when roadblocks are hit and good at networking across platforms to drive solutions forward.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years of experience in a DevOps environment

     

    Experience with CI/CD pipelines

     

    In-depth AWS Knowledge: experience that goes beyond simple tasks like using S3 buckets.

     

    Multiple Databases: They should have experience with more than one type of database, such as both SQL and Mongo.

     

    API Creation: well-versed in creating APls.

     

    Server Networking: good at networking between servers, including tasks like opening and closing ports.

     

    Database Management: This includes properly structuring databases, ensuring they are efficient, and handling autoscaling.

     

    Linux: Strong experience with Linux is "huge," including working in the terminal and provisioning volumes.

     

    EKS: Familiarity with EKS is needed, as it's where the front-end and API infrastructure is located.
