    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor/Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution while serving as the primary on-site leader.

     

    Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews.

     

    Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

     

    Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.

     

    Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

     

    Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing techniques and safety procedures.

     

    Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

     

    Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progress.

     

    Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

     

    Conduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum 3 years of construction experience

     

    Strong team management skills.

     

    Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

     

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

     

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

     

    OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
