Job Description
A top client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WIOA Coordinator to oversee the implementation and fiscal management of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program. This grant-funded role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, monitors expenditures, and aligns financial practices with program goals. The coordinator plays a critical role in supporting workforce development initiatives that benefit students and community stakeholders.
Compensation:
This is a permanent position offering between $108,897 - $145,932 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's degree required.
-Five years’ experience working with WIOA, AEFLA funding, or similar grant funded adult education programs.
-Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple groups
-Strong data driven decision making
-Able to consistently meet deadlines
-Administrative Credential Preferred
-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in program implementation.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations, educators, and workforce partners.
-Possession of a valid California driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
