    About the role:

    The Events & Communications Manager at Altium will lead the strategic planning and execution of both in-person and digital events, manage relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders, and oversee general company communications to enhance brand presence.

     

    A day in the life of our Marketing Events & Communications Manager** **:

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and digital events, including webinars, industry conferences, and customer summits.

    + Manage event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and event marketing campaigns.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, and external stakeholders.

    + Oversee corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event and communications strategies support business objectives and enhance market visibility.

    + Measure event effectiveness and communication outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

    + 4+ years of experience in event management and corporate communications, preferably in technology or B2B environments.

    + Proven track record in managing successful events and communications programs.

    + Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    + Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners.

    + Strong analytical skills for measuring the effectiveness of events and communication strategies.

     

    _The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000._ _Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location._
