    Schedule:

    Friday: 3pm-11pm

     

    Saturday: 3pm-11pm

     

    Sunday: 3pm-11pm

     

    Monday: 3pm-11pm

     

    United Protective Services is hiring a Field Training Supervisor to support our accounts across the Dallas/Frisco Area. This role combines site supervision in a company vehicle, leadership, and officer training.

    As a Field Training Supervisor, you will:

    + Train and mentor Security Officers at sites without on-site supervision

    + Conduct officer, vehicle, and post inspections to ensure quality and compliance

    + Provide support to the patrol division when necessary

    + Document and report equipment issues so they can be resolved quickly

    + Respond to emergencies and maintain clear communication with management

    + Cover open security posts temporarily due to call-offs or until officers arrive

    + Deliver uniforms, gear, and supplies to Security Officers on shift when needed

    Requirements for this position:

    + You are at least 25 years old (required for company vehicle insurance)

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    + Ability to begin and end each shift at the corporate office

    + Prior security or supervisory experience preferred

    + Uniformed position requiring professional appearance and demeanor
