    First Student is hiring a part-time Dispatcher in Huntingdon Valley, PA serving Lower Moreland School District!

     

    Pay Rate: $23 per hour

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00am-5:00pm

     

    At First Student, Dispatchers are an essential part of our team. They create a smooth-running environment to assist the location employees, location managers, and drivers.

    As a Dispatcher, your major responsibilities will be to:

    + Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met

    + Maintain files/records

    + Prepare reports and schedules

    + Answer and direct phone calls

    + Prepare agendas and schedule appointments

    + Cover dispatch as needed

    + Adhere to driver compliance procedures

    + Schedule physicals and drug screenings

    + Process driver onboarding and scheduling training with trainers

    + Maintain employee contact lists

    + Run expiration reports

    Requirements of a Dispatcher:

    + High school diploma

    + Recommended 2 years of administrative experience

    + Experience with Microsoft office products, 10 key, basic computer skills preferred

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Demonstrates leadership qualities and is a self-starter

    + Outstanding time management

    + Great a multi-tasking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
