The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a Registered Nurse.

+ Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members.

+ Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.

+ May perform in a sitter role.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ HS GED

+ Comment: Required within one year of hire

+ Credential: CNA

+ Source: State Registered

+ Credential: BLS

+ Source: American Heart Association
