What You’ll Do:

+ Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments

+ Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently

+ Coordinate office supply orders for multiple locations

+ Support marketing and internal teams with project-based tasks

+ Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and phone systems

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

+ Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
