    Electronics Test Technician – Direct Hire

    **Location:** Mount Pleasant, WI

    **Pay** : $24–$27/hr starting pay (with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift)

    **Shifts:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot production test issues and escalate findings to Test Engineers

    + Repair and maintain test fixtures and stations

    + Document testing procedures and assist with updates to SOPs

    + Support test station setup, modeling, and pilot runs

    + Work with computer hardware (CPUs, NICs, memory) and network equipment

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework a plus

    + 0–2+ years of experience with PCB assembly, electronics, or testing

    + Ability to read schematics, test logs, and diagrams

    + Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX preferred

    + Familiarity with electrical components and troubleshooting tools

    Shifts and Pay

    + **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($24–$27/hr DOE)

    + **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+10% premium)

    + **3rd Shift:** 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (+10% premium)
