Excited to grow your career?As a Finishing Operator, you will play a key role in processing bulk materials and preparing them for shipment. This position offers hands-on experience with industrial equipment and the opportunity to cross-train in various areas of the plant.You will have the opportunity to:

+ Operate roll straighteners and cut-to-length band saws to process cast materials

+ Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport material throughout the plant. Load and unload trucks as needed.

+ Load and program the anneal and age heat treat ovens according to SOPs

+ Use precise measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) and document results

+ Set up straighteners for cast material processing

+ Follow detailed bundling and shipping instructions based on customer specifications

+ Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with facility/equipment cleaning

+ Support other skilled or unskilled tasks as needed

+ Cross-train in other plant areas to support production needs

+ Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: ​

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Proficiency in using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

+ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including coverage for vacations or production demands

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation

+ Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards
