    About the Role

     

    As an Associate Designer, you will be responsible for designing a category and creating an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and the target customer.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages

    + Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management

    + Present designs in working sessions and influence cross-functional partners on product direction

    + Compile and refine market and trend research to inform product direction

    + Complete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process for the area of ownership

    + Shop and purchase samples for category ownership

    + Additional tasks may be assigned

     

    What Skills You Have

    Required

    + Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD

    Preferred

    + Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

    + Minimum 3-6 years of previous design experience

    + Domestic travel may be required

     

    Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00
