About the team:
The team focuses on designing and developing innovative fixtures tailored to partner needs, emphasizing creativity and precision. Collaboration across departments ensures alignment on design concepts, supplier engagement, and cost-value optimization for new stores, remodels, and special projects. The role includes managing analysts responsible for order rules within the Walmart REP system, supporting project assignments. This team drives strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement to deliver effective solutions. Leadership fosters performance management and cross-functional teamwork to meet business goals while maintaining high ethical standards and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do...
+ Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
+ Lead and develop procurement associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
+ Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier relationships to reduce risks and costs.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, influence stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2: 6 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
