    About the Role: Transition Coordinator

     

    As the Transition Coordinator you will play a key role in the red carpet experience for incoming residents and their family members.

    As a Transition Coordinator, you will:

    + Support the marketing team by serving as a liaison to new residents who are moving into the community.

    + Ensures residences are refurbished and ready to resale.

    + Follows up with new residents to ensure that service levels are meeting expectations.

    + Coordinates internal moves making sure that all internal and external parties involved function cohesively.

    + Maintains detailed records and reports status of internal moves

    + Assists with tours and follow up calls as requested.

    + Fosters good working relationships with team members throughout the campus.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in marketing and sales of apartments/units preferred.

    + Excellent verbal and written skills.

    + Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    + Four-year college level course of study in sales, marketing, health administration, or related field.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Preferred

    + Two years experience in Marketing and Sales of apartments/units in Continuing Care Retirement Community preferred.
