Job Title: Sr. Raw Materials Planner
Summary:We are seeking a proactive Senior Raw Materials Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure that all raw material needs are met to support current production, future growth, and customer demand. You’ll leverage SAP tools to manage demand, collaborate across multiple functions, and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This position offers the opportunity to drive improvements, troubleshoot challenges, and directly impact our ability to deliver for our customers.
Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities Include:
+ Manage and evaluate raw material requirements for current and future production.
+ Utilize SAP (MD06, MD04, MiMi) to track demand, enter requisitions, and ensure timely availability of materials.
+ Partner with planning leaders, procurement, and suppliers to communicate updates, resolve issues, and address potential delays.
+ Lead raw material purchasing activities, including escalations and troubleshooting, to meet customer needs.
+ Support and execute raw material planning specifically for the Sistersville site.
+ Collaborate with supply chain, operations, business, technology, and quality teams to drive debottlenecking and improvement initiatives.
+ Identify bottlenecks in raw material supply and develop sustainable solutions.
+ Work closely with Asset Planners to address delivery pushouts, quantity changes, and supplier confirmations.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
+ 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement OR a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
+ SAP experience (MD06, MD04, MiMi or similar modules)
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data for decision-making
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to problem-solve and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $67,600 - $99,110
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
