Responsibilities:
+ Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SPM/EAP modules, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies to align with SAFe practices.
+ Manage user access, roles, and permissions, to ensure users have the correct access to the platform's features and data
+ Build and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights into Agile/SAFe portfolio execution and delivery performance.
+ Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., DevOps toolchains) to enable end-to-end portfolio traceability.
+ Partner with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and Agile teams to gather requirements, define process maps, and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned to SAFe’s portfolio, ART and Team structures.
+ Support standardization of processes and enforce enterprise-wide Agile practices within ServiceNow EAP to improve portfolio transparency and flow.
+ Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve platform issues, while providing ongoing technical support and guidance to end users.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to improve adoption and support self-service.
+ Provide expert advice and consultation on technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow SPM/EAP, ensuring scalability and enterprise readiness.
+ Collaborate on tool evaluations, testing, and recommendations for new features, plug-ins, or upgrades to enhance platform capability.
+ Ensure timely delivery of configurations and enhancements in line with PI and Sprint cadence, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
+ Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass background investigation that includes, but are not limited to:
3-year check for felony convictions
1 year check for illegal drug use
1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline (equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
+ 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator
+ 5+ years of experience in a SAFe or Agile environment
_Desired:_
+ Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
+ ServiceNow Application Developer certification
+ Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
+ Strong background with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
+ Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs experience - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
+ ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs expertise
+ Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
+ Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly, Service Portal, or other equivalent experience
+ Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
