    Employment Types: Full Time, Direct Hire, Long Term.

     

    Pay Rate: $76.92 / hour

    Duties:

    + Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on automotive dealerships

    + Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

    + Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations

    + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients

    + Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively

    + Support multiple projects simultaneously, primarily from the office (~90% of the time)

    + Possess significant, "hands-on" experience in commercial construction, with a deep, practical understanding of the actual construction process.

    + Demonstrated history of working extensively on job sites and being directly involved in construction execution.

    + Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and direct Construction Superintendents and site-based teams.

    Position Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of experience in commercial construction

    + 5+ years of experience in a project management role

    + Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

    + Proficiency with project management tools and software

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $76.92 - $76.92 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
