Floating Security Officer – Framingham Corporate Campus

**Pay:** $22/hr

**Schedule:** Full-Time (40+ hours) | Must be available for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts

About the Role

Are you someone who thrives on variety, adapts quickly, and enjoys a challenge? As a **Floating Security Officer** , no two days are the same. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our clients’ people, property, and assets safe by providing security coverage across multiple sites. This position is perfect for individuals who want stability with a schedule, but excitement and variety in their daily environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as a visible security presence to deter incidents and ensure a safe environment.

+ Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

+ Monitor access points, patrol client properties, and report safety/security concerns.

+ Adapt quickly to new post orders, site-specific procedures, and client needs.

+ Maintain accurate, detailed daily activity reports.

+ Provide outstanding customer service while representing **Securitas** with professionalism.

What You Bring

+ Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.

+ Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Previous customer service experience (security experience a plus, but not required).

+ A team-player mindset with a professional, dependable attitude.
