What You’ll Be Doing

+ **Move materials** between warehouse, production floor, and other locations to keep operations running smoothly.

+ **Maintain inventory accuracy** through cycle counts, FIFO practices, and careful tracking of stock movement.

+ **Support production** by disbursing raw materials to the manufacturing floor and replenishing locations.

+ **Handle shipping and receiving** by unloading/loading trucks and processing orders with carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL providers.

+ **Ensure safety and quality** by keeping a clean, organized workplace and following all procedures to support compliance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED required.

+ **Experience:** 1–3 months of related experience or training (1–2 years preferred).

+ **Skills and Knowledge:**

+ Ability to maintain accurate inventory and follow FIFO practices.

+ Working knowledge of lift trucks; ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Requirements:**

+ Ability to pass a vision test for safe forklift operation.

+ Dependable team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
